After starting his career with the CNRS-French Research Center and then at IBM Research in the United States, Didier Jousse joined Saint-Gobain Recherche in 1990 as a Glass for Electronics Project Manager.
He joined the Flat Glass Sector in 1995 as General Manager of Saint-Gobain Display Glass. He is now Product Strategy Director of Saint-Gobain Solar.

In 2010, he has been appointed Vice President and General Manager, Silicon Carbide (SiC), Quartz and DPF departments of Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials.
