Pascal joined Saint Gobain Recherche in 1989 as a Research Engineer in the Glass Elaboration Department. In 1990, Pascal Rivière continued his career in the Insulation Branch at the Athens (Georgia, USA) plant as a Production Engineer and then as Manager of the "Hot End." In September 1993, he returned to France as Production Manager at the La Courneuve plant (Abrasives Branch, Norton). He returned to the United States in 1997 where he has held several positions in the Industrial Superabrasives Division. He is now Director of Industrial Strategy Superabrasives Europe and Lisieux Plant Manager (France).
