Isabelle Wuest joined Saint-Gobain Recherche in 1984.

She was appointed leader of the "Vacuum coatings" group before joining the Building Division of Saint-Gobain Vitrage France in 1991 as Product manager, and then the Technological Marketing Division of Saint-Gobain in 1995. She was apppointed International Project Leader and in 2005 Manager of the best practices for Vetrotex international (Reinforcement Fiber Activity).

Since 2007, she is Deputy to Vice President for Research and Development at the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.
