Research interests
"Control of the Structure and the Mechanical Properties of Porous Silicate Thin Films"
The systems I work on are porous silica thin films made by sol-gel process with pore sizes on the 20 - 100 nm range. The applications of such films are low-k materials for electronics or optics (low refractive index).
