In the context of our Surface mechanics activities
- Mechanical Reliability of Thin Films (MeReThif)
A French ANR project involving INSP (Paris), LPS (Orsay), PhyMat (Poitiers), SVI and Saint-Gobain Recherche on the fundamental understanding of interfacial and residual stress issues in the mechanical reliability of silver based optical multilayers. The main experimental tools will be XRay diffraction, differential reflectivity, TEM and mechanical testing.
