Research interests
Nanostructuration by ion-beam sputtering
Under the bombardment of low energy ions, a surface may spontaneously develop periodic pattern like ripples or dots. Understanding the different processes involved in the pattern formation may provide us a new method to produce nanostructures at low cost.
